Ladies and Gentlemen,

This year’s summer holidays are close at hand, which means that we are going to have the pleasure and honour to invite Toruń inhabitants and guests to the twenty-second edition of the NOVA Music and Architecture Festival. With the intention to take the Festival to even greater heights, we are proposing an even more variegated programme of events, both in terms of the artists invited to perform and the thematic scope of the Festival. We will be all graced with the presence of eminent musicians from around the world who will be presenting their remarkable skill in the most appealing architectural monuments of Toruń. It is our great joy that for yet another time the music played during the Festival will present the audience with an opportunity to admire the most beautiful historical monuments of our city.

To mark the hundredth anniversary of Poland’s independence, the programme includes a vast array of Polish musical works from Chopin to contemporary rock bands; I am convinced that our audience will be especially pleased with this selection of musical pieces. We would not be able to organise these events if it were not for the kind support of the local authorities of the city and the region as well as our sponsors and partners, to all of whom I extend my sincere thanks.

Please accept my invitation to take part in all festival events, I am hoping to see you at the Festival’s venues.
